15. Balkanski Šampionat u Bodybuildingu, Fitnessu i Body-Fitnessu održan je 29. aprila u Čačku, u prelepoj sportskoj dvorani ''Mladost'', uz sjajnu organizaciju Gorana Ivanovića, Predsednika Saveza Srbije i Crne Gore za Bodybuilding, Fitness i Aerobik i Predsednika čačanskog bodybuilding kluba ''Borac'', Ivana Strugarevića, i pomoć velikog broja donatora i sponzora. U prisustvu brojnih zvanica šampionat je zvanično otvorio Ministar za kapitalne investicije Republike Srbije, Velimir Ilić, Predsednik Organizacionog Odbora takmičenja.
U konkurenciji osam balkanskih zemalja i 75 takmičara, koliko je nastupilo na ovom prvenstvu, neprikosnovena je bila reprezentacija Srbije i Crne Gore, kojoj je pripalo 13 zlatnih medalja od ukupno 20 kategorija. Drugo mesto pripalo je odličnoj reprezentaciji Bugarske, a treće reprezentaciji Ruminije.
Svojim prisustvom takmičenje su uveličali Penny Leventelis, Sekretar Evropske Federacije i Nenad Vučković, Predsednik Balkanske Federacije, koji su svim zvaničnicima i takmičarima preneli pozdrav Predsednika Evropske Federacije, Rafaela Santonje Gomeza.

The 15th Balkan Bodybuilding, Fitness and Body-Fitness Championships were held on April 29th in Cacak, in the beautiful sport hall ''Mladost'', with the exceptional organization of Goran Ivanović, President of the Serbia and Montenegro Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation and the President of the bodybuilding gym ''Borac'', Ivan Strugarević. Substential help was also provided by a large number of donators and sponsors. In the presence of numerous guests and audience, the Championships were officialy opened by the Minister of capital investments of Serbia, Velimir Ilić, the President of the Organizing Committee of the event.
Out of eigh Balkan countries that participated at these Championships, and 75 competitors in total, the most successful one was the national team of Serbia and Montenegro with 13 Gold medals. The excellent team of Bulgaria took the second place, and the Romanian team was third.
The greetings of the President of the European Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, Rafael Santonja Gomez, were delivered to all officials and competitors by Penny Leventelis, Secretary of the European Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation and Nenad Vučković, President of the Balkan Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation.
